What we collect

The quote form collects your delivery ZIP, rental dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew count, phone number, and the page you sent it from. When you call, we record the delivery address, name, phone, email if given, and booking details needed to deliver and bill.

How the form is processed

Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which forwards the message to our email. Web3Forms processes the submission only to deliver it. Card payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and contact you about your rental. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

Analytics and cookies

This site may use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views, calls and form submissions per page. These tools may set cookies. The site does not run pop-ups or third-party ad trackers.

Retention

Booking and invoice records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. Unbooked quote requests are deleted after 12 months.

Your choices

Call or write to us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop texts. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change and show the new effective date at the top.
