How do Carlsbad seasons affect a porta potty?
Carlsbad summers average about 35 days over 100°F, which speeds up odor, so summer units get shade-side placement and may need extra service. July monsoon storms can flood low ground. Winter freezes can lock foot pumps, so handwashing stations get a freeze plan from December to February.

Ranch, Farm & Seasonal: questions before you book
Can I rent a porta potty for my farm for a season?
Seasonal farm rentals run for as long as the work lasts and bill by the 28-day cycle with weekly service. Units can be moved between fields during service visits.
Do you deliver to remote ranches?
Remote ranch delivery is available on scheduled routes. Send the GPS pin, gate details and road notes. Mileage beyond Carlsbad city limits shows on the quote.
Can a porta potty stay at a hunting camp?
Hunting camp units can stay for the season if the truck can reach them for service. Very remote sites may get service every other week with a larger stock of supplies.
What happens if a unit freezes?
Standard units still work in a freeze because they have no water lines. Handwashing stations and flushing units need a winter plan, which we set up when hard freezes are forecast.
Do you serve dairies near Roswell and Artesia?
Dairy and farm rentals cover Eddy and Chaves counties, including Artesia, Hagerman, Dexter and Roswell, on scheduled routes.
